The soil is composed of calcareous marl and crystalline limestone, with numerous presences of fossils such as trigonia oysters and various bivalves such as buchotrigonia freixialensis and anchispirocyclina lusitânica.
The area enjoys a very specific microclimate. Wet and relatively cool in the winter and during the nights, contrasting with hot and dry days during the summer. All this contributes to a slow but perfect ripening that retains the freshness of the Atlantic Ocean.
Arinto is a unique grape variety and its proven origin is Bucelas, Portugal. It originates from medium size, dense and with small berries. It has an intense flavor, yet discreet where citrus, apple and tropical and tropical fruits.
The vineyard is cultivated naturally in a protected area with respect for the biodiversity of the fauna and flora.
The harvest is manual and done in small 25 kg boxes at the best point of ripeness.
Very fine bubbles, conjugated flavors of fresh fruit and abundant stage notes. Well-balanced body and great and great elegance. To taste in "vin de garde". Festive wine, ideal for all kinds of delicate cuisine, spicy and exotic cooking or great desserts.
