QSJ Passi

Casa de Cello is a family business that has been dedicated to winegrowing on its estates for four generations.
It was in the 1980s that one of the owners, João Pedro Araujo, began to professionalize the activity. He reorganized the existing structure with the objective of implementing the best viticultural and oenological technologies, in order to potentiate the expression of its “terroirs” in the wines.
Quinta de Sanjoanne, located in the heart of Entre Douro e Minho, near Amarante, underwent a complete restructuring of its vineyards. Currently, 14 ha of vineyards are managed, with the Arinto, Alvarinho, Malvasia Fina, Trajadura, Loureiro and Avesso varieties giving rise to Quinta de Sanjoanne wines.
Casa de Cello is a certified Quinta in Integrated Production.
