Herdade Cebolal Branco

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Alentejo Coast, in the extreme south of the demarcated region of the Setubal Peninsula, near the village of Vale das Éguas, about 17 kilometers from Santiago do Cacém and 10 kilometers from the Atlantic.

Vinification and Internship

The harvest was done in mid-August according to the climatic conditions and the ripening of the grapes. The bunches are selected and picked by hand. The winemaking maintains a balance between viticultural traditions and new technologies, knowledge and trends. This white wine fermented and aged in stainless steel vats with temperature control (14ª), suffering battonage during its process.

Tasting notes

The wine has a citrus color with a "bouquet" where mineral, forest aromas are present, with a fresh taste, mineral notes and excellent crisp acidity.

Production

3.300 bottles.

Gastronomy

It is a wine that can be served with asparagus marinated in olive oil, soft cheese. It is also recommended to serve with fish dishes such as sardines, Sushi, seafood, white meats.

Recommended temperature

Serve at 10-12º.
