With grapes from the Douro Superior, very close to the limit of the demarcated region, namely
Vinhas Velhas based on Rabigato, I believe that the strength of freshness was combined, in a very young wine
with great aging capacity. I highlight the altitude of these vineyards that near the 650m and granitic soil
granitic soil, originate wines with excellent aging capacity.
The Proibido and Permido wines have increasingly a common denominator: minimum intervention
in the vineyard and in the winery. We respect what the vineyard gives us, and we try that the transformation of
grapes into wine as naturally as possible.

Tasting Notes

This wine presents a white fruit on the nose with great intensity, fresh notes and very aromatic. Well-balanced wine in the mouth with a very long, persistent persistent and with an endless freshness.

Harmonization

Fatty fish, white meats, and grilled meats, at 12ºC. It can be consumed consumed immediately or for the next 10 to 20 years, provided it is stored in a cool, dry dry, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations.
